SEC. 24. 2 bedroom for rent to the limitations provided in sections 25 and 26, the author o r other owner of any right secured by this Act is entitled to the following remedies against any infringer of such right: ( a ) Injunctive relief restraining any such infringement, according to the principles and rules of courts of equity, including the impounding during the pendency of the action of all infringing articles a s well as plates, molds, matrices, and other 2 bedroom house for rent means for making such infringing articles; but no 2 bedroom apartment for rent restraining order or impounding order shall be issued which would 2 bedroom house for rent o r 2 bedroom for rent the publication of a newspaper, magazine, o r other 2 bedroom for rent periodical ; and in the case of a newspaper, magazine, or other 2 bedroom house for rent periodical reproduction of a photograph, no injunction shall ism. "In the absence of any agreement to the 2 bedroom apartment for rent, license to 2 bedroom house for rent a work in book form, or in a newspaper, magazine, periodical, or other 2 bedroom apartment for rent work, shall not be deemed to 2 bedroom apartment for rent any other right than the rlght of publication a s a book, or in a newspaper, magazine, periodical, or other 2 bedroom apartment for rent work, respectively; nor shall license for any specified use of a work be deemed to 2 bedroom house for rent a right to use it in any other manner." SEC. 26.
